How do invitations work?

The invitations feature in ClickPatrol allows you to invite team members or partners to access your account with different roles and permissions. This helps you manage access efficiently while keeping control over sensitive data.
How to send an invitation
- Navigate to the Invitations section in the ClickPatrol dashboard.
- Enter the recipient’s email address.
- Select the appropriate role from the dropdown menu.
- Click Send invite.
- The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join the account.
Managing invitations
- Pending invitations – View all sent invitations and their status.
- Resend or delete – If an invitation is not accepted, you can resend or delete it.
- Role management – Assign different access levels based on the user’s responsibilities.
By using invitations, you can collaborate with your team, delegate tasks, and securely manage your ClickPatrol account.
