The Role

We are hiring a Partner Manager to grow and enable our partner ecosystem with agencies, resellers and enterprise clients. You manage relationships from onboarding and enablement to joint planning and revenue growth. You work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to build repeatable partner motions that scale internationally.

  • Reports to CMO
  • Region EMEA including Europe and South Africa. Potential to expand into North America
  • Travel Up to 10 percent for partner meetings and industry events

What you will do

  • Build and nurture long term relationships with agencies, resellers and enterprise partners
  • Develop joint business plans with clear targets, plays and enablement assets
  • Drive partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline with clear attribution
  • Run quarterly business reviews with insights, actions and follow up
  • Collaborate on co marketing campaigns and partner enablement content
  • Monitor partner performance to improve activation, certification and win rates
  • Represent ClickPatrol at virtual events and selected industry conferences

What success looks like

  • In 30 days you understand our product, ICP and partner tiers and you have a prioritized partner list
  • In 60 days you launch an enablement plan and a simple partner dashboard that tracks pipeline and revenue
  • In 90 days you close at least two partner led opportunities and sign two new tier one partners

Who you are

  • You are social and build trust quickly with partners and colleagues
  • You enjoy challenges and keep calm when plans change or blockers appear
  • You think strategically and act pragmatically with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • You communicate clearly in writing and in calls and you follow up reliably

Requirements

Must have

  • Experience in partnership management, channel sales or account management in B2B SaaS or AdTech
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem across Google, Meta and programmatic
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote first environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with agency programs or reseller motions
  • Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or PartnerStack

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary depending on experience between €3,000 and €6,000 per month
  • 25 days paid time off plus local public holidays
  • Home office budget and laptop

  • Optional stock options depending on seniority
