How it works

In Monitoring Only mode, ClickPatrol analyzes and screens clicks for suspicious or fraudulent activity. However, the blocked IP addresses identified during this process are not automatically synced with your Google Ads account.

This means that while you’ll still receive reports on potentially harmful clicks, no automatic actions are taken to block them in your Google Ads settings. You retain full control over any actions you wish to take based on these reports, such as manually blocking specific IP addresses or adjusting your campaign settings.

This mode is useful if you want to closely observe suspicious activity without immediately applying automated blocking rules. It can be particularly helpful during testing phases or if you prefer a more hands-on approach to managing your Google Ads account.
