How to find your invoices in ClickPatrol

To access and download your billing history, follow these steps from your account dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Open account details

  • Navigate to the top right corner of the dashboard.
  • Click on your account name or profile icon to open the dropdown menu.
  • Select Account details.

Step 3: Go to Invoices

  • In the Account details section, you’ll see options including Edit Profile, Password, Invoices, Billing Information, Subscription, and Delete Account.
  • Click on Invoices.

Step 4: View your invoices

  • On the Invoices page, you’ll see a table that includes:
  • Date: when the invoice was issued
  • ID: the invoice reference number
  • Description: the plan or service billed
  • Amount: the total charge

Step 5: Search and filter

  • Use the search bar to quickly locate an invoice by ID, date, or description.
  • Change how many invoices are shown per page with the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Download or save your invoice

  • Click the invoice ID to open the document.
  • Download and save it as a PDF for your records.
