How to find your invoices in ClickPatrol

To access and download your billing history, follow these steps from your account dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Open account details
- Navigate to the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Click on your account name or profile icon to open the dropdown menu.
- Select Account details.
Step 3: Go to Invoices
- In the Account details section, you’ll see options including Edit Profile, Password, Invoices, Billing Information, Subscription, and Delete Account.
- Click on Invoices.
Step 4: View your invoices
- On the Invoices page, you’ll see a table that includes:
- Date: when the invoice was issued
- ID: the invoice reference number
- Description: the plan or service billed
- Amount: the total charge
Step 5: Search and filter
- Use the search bar to quickly locate an invoice by ID, date, or description.
- Change how many invoices are shown per page with the dropdown menu.
Step 6: Download or save your invoice
- Click the invoice ID to open the document.
- Download and save it as a PDF for your records.
